New Build
Plot after plot, on programme.
From large-scale developments of 500+ units to smaller bespoke sites for local builders, we bring the same care to every plot. On the bigger schemes we often run multiple sites at the same time without letting standards slip. Our teams keep pace with the build programme, from mist coats through to final handover. We were the decorating contractor on a development that won the NHBC Pride in the Job Quality Award three years in a row. The finishes are consistent on every plot and the snag lists are short.
